Had my laptop repaired by Dean after finding he's reviews and quote to be what brought me in. Was quoted by 2 other businesses that had slow turn around and little knowledge they could give me on the estimated cost. Dean gave me a clear estimate, he was super friendly, very well priced and provided top quality work with a quick turn around. He was knowledgeable and passionate about IT and sorted the job perfectly. I was going to get the same style keyboard fitted that had no back light, he went out and sourced a new keyboard with a back light and rang me to see of I wanted this instead. This has made my life a lot easier being able to see what I'm doing now at night and made the computer far more enjoyable.
There's no doubt I'll come back to him and recommend others to do the same.

I thought my old iMac was cactus, but Dean charges so reasonably for a test that I thought I'd give it a go. Glad I did. Not only did he bring it back from the dead, he got it working better than ever. Amazingly fast now. And fixed on almost the same day at a very fair price. I thoroughly recommend Dean.

All I can say is EXCELLENT. He knows his stuff Dean does, has helped me out big time and doesn't charge like a wounded bull.
The other great thing about him is he follows the mighty Wests Tigers.

Dean came highly recommended and I can further attest to that he is highly professional. He fixes the problems you know you have and has, in the past, found problems I didn't know I had and still did not charge me a cent more than he quoted up front. He has also upgraded both my desktop and laptop computers with SSD drives and they are now SO much faster. I thoroughly recommmend Dean's services and he is also VERY fast, often fixing things overnight for me so that I am not without my computer to work with when I need it most, during the day.

Dean didn't do me any favours. I won't be wasting my money using his services again. I've now had to take my laptop to a real professional to get it properly fixed at considerable extra cost, not impressed at all with this backyard operation

For the past 12 years I have used Deans services and I have always received top quality value, care, service and workmanship. His service costs are brilliant for the great results he produces and he is always able to meet my tough deadlines on service requests. As a Sydney based customer, I even followed his services to the Central Coast. On occasion he has even personally delivered my repaired PC and Laptops to my home on short notice.
